This week’s Mojo Monday Challenge is to create a card using leftover pieces from a recent layout. To get your creative juices flowing we have a picture of the card that we made in last night’s Hero Arts Workshop.
This card was made using a kraft notecard, a circle punch and leftover scraps from our layout (as seen on Friday’s post). We still had all our paper, stamps and inks on the table from making the layout, so this card was a breeze to make.
Now feast your eyes on another card I made using leftover scraps from the same layout…
The waves were created “by accident” when I trimmed the scalloped border on the layout. I saved the pieces, sanded them and adhered to the bottom of the card (also a scrap from the layout). The duck is from Hero Arts Playful Animals and the Clouds are from A Muse Art Stamps - I used white Liquid Applique to make them puffy.
Stay tuned tomorrow for a whole list of things that you can use your liquid applique with…
