Scrapbook Basics – Monday, July 6th (7-9pm)
We recommend that you take this Scrapbooking class first. We will focus on how to get started, introduce you to the basics tools, and show how to use and care for your tools. We will pass along lots of helpful advice and discuss popular scrapbooking terms. You will also learn how to use the tools in our fully stocked workshop and create a basic Scrapbook Layout. Included in the cost of this class is the Canadian Scrapbooker Basics Vol. 4 – these Idea Books are a MUST-HAVE for beginners to guide you on your Scrapbooking Journey.

A MUSE HOLIDAY STAMP DEBUT! – Friday, July 10th (12 noon sharp!)
Come to The Paperie to be the first stampers in Canada to own the newest A Muse Art Stamps Holiday Stamp Collection and indulge in some celebratory cupcakes and coffee! We will be the only Canadian store west of Bristish Columbia that will be participating in A-Muse-a-Palooza this year and will reveal the brand new A Muse Holiday stamps at 12:00 noon!
A-MUSE-A-PALOOZA RAFFLE! - ongoing July 10th – 17th
Throughout the week customers will receive one raffle ticket for EACH A Muse stamp you purchase. Your names will be entered in the Grand Prize raffle – a delightful Goodie Bag from A Muse valued at $50!!! Draw will take place on Saturday, July 18th when the event concludes.
A-MUSE-A-PALOOZA CARD CONTEST! - ongoing July 10th – 17th
Create an A Muse card using at least one stamp from the new Holiday releases and you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate to spend on A Muse product! Entries must be received no later than July 17th at 11:30pm. Winner will be chosen on July 18th. All cards will be displayed in store and all entries become property of The Paperie.
A-Muse-A Palooza Make’n’Take Marathon - Saturday, July 11th (FREE)

We will be doing a FREE Make’n’Take using the new A Muse releases at different times throughout the day on Saturday. Registration is required in advance to secure your space – just choose your time slot!

A-Muse-A-Palooza Crop’n'Stamp Night – Friday, July 17th (6pm-midnight)
This is not just your ordinary Crop Night! This is a chance for you to come in and get started on your Christmas Cards – refreshments and snacks will be provided! We will have a selection of A Muse stamps (including some of the new releases) available for FREE rental on this night only, as well as a few different card ideas for you to draw inspiration from (or even copy if you so desire!). We will also be accepting entries for the Card Contest up until midnight at the Crop! Scrapbookers are welcome to join in the fun as well! Registration & payment is required in advance to secure your space.
($8 – Members Rate and Crop Cards do not apply for this event)
A-Muse-A-Palooza Grand Finale Giveaway - Saturday, July 18th
We will be drawing for the A-Muse-a-Palooza Grand Prize and selecting the winner of the A Muse Card Contest to close out the Event. Don’t miss out on the fun!
Doodlebug Layout – Tuesday, July 21st (6:30pm)
In this class we will show you how to create a beautiful one-of-a-kind layout - using a piece of cardstock and Doodlebug products we will make our own patterned paper! Included in the cost of the class is a pack of Doodlebug Stick With it Flourish stickers as well as some Doodlebug Candy Shoppe Alphabet stickers!

Session with Sara – Double Page Layout – Monday, July 27th (6:30pm)
Sara Case Strickland will be teaching three classes for The Paperie in the coming months, and this is the first in the series! For our first Session with Sara, she has a double page layout planned featuring stamping techniques, AccuCut dies and more! Sara is a former Paperie Design Team Member and her work has appeared on our site as well as the Basic Grey Gallery!

Please note that Payment is required at time of Registration for all classes, make’n'takes and crops as space is limited. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the class to obtain a Class Credit or refund. For last minute cancellations, the Class Kit and instructions will be provided.
If you are unable to attend a Class you are interested in, we are happy to make up Project Kits – register for the Class as you normally would, and specify that you would prefer a Kit. Stop by the Paperie or call us at 726-5323 to register. Email registrations must be confirmed with payment.
