Hi all!

This card kit was easy to play with and I made more cards than usual.  I took this kit and a few other supplies to my parents cabin over New Year’s and with only limited supplies on hand it was freeing and I killed the kit in no time at all.

I had so much fun making cards at my parents cabin but when I came home I wanted to try some less subdued colours. Here’s what I came up with:

Card #10 ‘hello’

  • (extra Neenah card stock – not included in kit)
  • Tap Coral and Mint Green Color Shine Spray ink on white panel
  • Cut patterned paper banner
  • Use Peacock feathers distress marker and color paint swipe stamp and then stamp
  • apply rub-on the paint swipe
  • Stamp Triangles
  • Adhere banner with foam adhesive

Card #11 – Ink splats

  • (extra Neenah card stock – not included in kit)
  • Use Tide Pool, Buttercup, Pale Tomato, Field of Greens Hero Arts Ink daubers to create in splats on card base
  • Use 2 stamp block with grids to apply all the sentiments/ words in rows
  • Cut 2 patterned paper panels and adhere with foam adhesive

Card #12 – Neon and Sequins

  • (extra Neenah card stock – not included in kit)
  • Use neon red (new!), blue and yellow Hero Arts Neon Inks to stamp swipe to white card base
  • Use Memento Tuxedo black ink to stamp the words Happy, Play & Love to the paint swipes
  • Apply sequins (not included in kit) using Zig Glue

I also created a couple of tags using the paint swipe stamp and the distress markers – love the bold colours.

I had tons of supplies left over – getting a 6×6 paper pad is a bonus.

Happy Stamping!
