Mojo Monday – Jan.11/16 – Follow the Recipe & Contest Winner!

Happy Monday! Happy Mojo Monday!!

This week our challenge is to create a layout or card following this recipe:

  • Use your favourite stamp set
  • Add something foiled
  • include a number

Here’s a fantastic example of a layout that following this week’s recipe. Scrapbook & Cards Today magazine is featuring it in their Winter 2015 edition. Ali Edwards does such beautiful work. I love how she always maintains the focus and value on sharing her story.

I love how she used a date stamp at the top right corner to create interest – awesome! Finding something foiled should be fairly easy right now – it’s super popular. For those of you who want to make the “something foiled” yourself, you can always give the Heidi Swapp Minc a try. This heated system for foil application is ready to go as long as you have a toner paper printer (like a laser printer) on hand. Also comes in a Mini 6″ size as well. Want one? Let us know  – we can order it 🙂
